Last Saturday’s vibes: Intimate, elegant, and delicious. 🥂

​We had the absolute pleasure of catering Danielle’s hen do at the stunning Coach House, Tissington. Chef Chris took over the kitchen to serve up a bespoke 3-course feast:

​🌱 To Start: Feta & Spinach Tart with a vibrant Red Pepper Coulis.
🥩 The Main Event: Pancetta-wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Dauphinois potato & cider sauce OR Pan-seared Seabass with pea purée, fondant potato, salty Samphire and sauce vierge
🍋 The Grand Finale: Warm Treacle Tart paired with cool crème fraîche ice cream and a crisp raspberry tuille.

​Thank you to everyone who joined us for our special Mother's Day Afternoon Tea. The cafe was full of love, laughter, and—of course—plenty of treats.

​We have to give a special shoutout to Chef Chris's new creation: a decadent Chocolate Mousse set on a Hazelnut Dacquoise base (baked hazelnut meringue) and finished with a flawless mirror glaze Topped off with a Raspberry Tuille 🤤
