​Cool River headed up to Sheffield recently to provide a bespoke dining experience for a truly lovely couple. Chef Chris pulled out all the stops with this stunning, custom-curated menu:

​Bacon & leek bon bon topped with mushroom ketchup
​Crayfish Filo tart with dill cream cheese
​Brie & red onion tartlet
​Parmesan choux bun topped with Parma ham

​🍽️ The Starter:
Pea & mint panna cotta served with a fresh bean and asparagus salad, topped with crisp pancetta.

​🐟 The Main:
Pan-fried Seabass with herb-crushed potato, watercress puree, and a ratatouille cylinder.

​🍓 The Grand Finale:
White chocolate cheesecake paired with Chantilly cream, roasted strawberries, and a delicate strawberry tuille.
