It was such a joy seeing Chef Chris's work come to life, after working on perfecting these receips to ensure our Vegan guests get the exact same indulgent experience as our Traditional Tea. The review below truly made our week!

First Private Chef booking of the year!

Last night, Cool River headed to the beautiful Sydnope Hill Farm to cater for a surprise 30th Birthday for Daniel!

The group were spending a weekend celebrating in Matlock and this private dinner was just one of the things they had planned.

The 3 course meal consisted of starters of Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wings, Camembert with toasted foccacia and sweet chilli jam.

Mains were either Breast of Lamb with Potato Fondant and mint sauce or Chicken Supreme with Pomme Anna and thyme sauce, served with honey roasted carrots and savoy cabbage.

Desserts were Apple and Blackberry Crumble Tart and Creme Anglaise or Sticky Toffee Pudding, with homemade Vanilla Ice cream and Butterscotch Sauce!

Just added the finishing touches to this BISCOFF S'MORES

A biscoff biscuit base, with a chocolate fudge brownie and topped with a perfectly torched Italian meringue. Finished off with drizzles of chocolate and biscoff spread! 🤤🤤🤤
