​We were thrilled to welcome The Peak Boys Breakfast Club back to the cafe this week. After previously enjoying a breakfast with us, they surprised us by presenting us with The Golden Sausage Award! 🏅

The Club did specifically mention that along side the consistent quality of breakfast, the service they receive has always been exceptional! Huge thank you to our hardworking team. From the kitchen to the front of house, they work hard daily to ensure every customer feels right at home 🫶

🥩 The Main Event: Pancetta-wrapped Pork Tenderloin with Dauphinois potato & cider sauce OR Pan-seared Seabass with pea purée, fondant potato, salty Samphire and sauce vierge
🍋 The Grand Finale: Warm Treacle Tart paired with cool crème fraîche ice cream and a crisp raspberry tuille.

​We have to give a special shoutout to Chef Chris's new creation: a decadent Chocolate Mousse set on a Hazelnut Dacquoise base (baked hazelnut meringue) and finished with a flawless mirror glaze Topped off with a Raspberry Tuille 🤤
